2. Services Description
Stitchbyte provides web development, design, and digital automation services including but not limited to:
- WordPress and Shopify development
- Custom web application development
- Mobile app development
- Automation solutions (WhatsApp, Instagram, Workflow)
- Website maintenance and support
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- All prices are quoted in the agreed currency at the time of engagement
- Payment schedules will be outlined in your project proposal
- Typical payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
5. Project Delivery
We strive to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change based on:
- Timely receipt of content and feedback from you
- Scope changes or additional requirements
- Technical limitations or unforeseen challenges
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. However:
- Stitchbyte retains the right to use the work in our portfolio
- Third-party components remain property of their respective owners
- Source code and proprietary frameworks may be licensed, not sold
7. Revisions and Changes
We include a reasonable number of revisions in our projects. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes will require a new proposal and agreement.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be charged for work completed up to that point.
