We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Conduct client meetings and present company services effectively
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline progress
Attend industry events and conferences for networking
Requirements
1+ years of experience in business development or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Understanding of IT/digital services industry
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
