About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Conduct client meetings and present company services effectively
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
  • Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline progress
  • Attend industry events and conferences for networking

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Understanding of IT/digital services industry
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
